This is super limited!! I have both versions here for sale. I got these years ago. To be exact I couldn't tell you. But here is the description from Deathwish's website.
These items were never played by me but they do show as if they were played at one time. They are VG+ to EX and the BLACK version is hand numbered.

Various Artists "DW Limited: "Singles Collection" 3X7"EP Set"
Format: 3X7"EP Set
This is the first of the "DW Limited" releases. This collection features three releases: Horror Show "Our Design", Some Girls "The Rains", and Dead Man's Hand 01: The Hope Conspiracy & The Suicide File Split 7"EP.
Though all three releases were ready for replication at our pressing plant, we did not have the covers back from our printer to complete them. Since there were some festivals on the horizon (and the demand for the releases was apparent) we decided to create a 3X7"EP collection to sell in the meantime.
The covers were designed by J. Bannon and printed at a local print shop in just a day's time. All three 7"EPs also had blank labels, which we hand stamped with the band's logos, release information, and the Deathwish logo.
