Description

Homestead & Wolfe ~ Our Times
Topo Records  HB-100  1975

VINYL
: EX  Just 2-3 very tiny marks and i had to look hard to find them. Maybe played 1-2 times? Slight paper rub on Side 1 Track 1.
Some Sellers would call it NM or at least EX+ but i grade conservatively.
LABELS
: EX  Clean - no peeling, fading, bubbles or writing.
No noticeable spindle wear from play, altho there is a little 'push-out' showing on Side 2. I'm presuming it to be a little roughness as it directly came out of the factory. (I'm not an expert so please view the pics carefully and make your own determination)
COVER
: EX  Still in shrink, partially torn off on front, about 1/4's worth (best seen in pic 2). Minor corner bump with a tiny bit of fraying on the bottom near the open end (best seen in pic 4). No ring wear. Very slight crease on front lower left corner along the edge of the vinyl curve there. Spine reads clear & easy.
INNER SLEEVE
: M  Original waxy-paper sleeve. Will also ship in a brand new paper sleeve.
INCLUDES
: Original photo/lyric sheet. 4 pages folded to 8.5 x 11. In EX condition - no tears, bends, creases, stains etc.

FREE USPS Priority Mail Shipping!

Grading
: LP's graded visually (and conservatively) under bright light.
Please see my grading/condition guide, further down in the listing, for a better understanding of this inexact science.
If you'd like a more detailed explanation of the vinyl or sleeve condition, more photos or wax/matrix numbers then please request it. I'm more than happy to do so and i answer all Messages promptly (same day).

Shipping
: I ship immediately - the same day you pay!  *(if by 12pm MON-FRI  PST)*
FREE FREE FREE  USPS Priority Mail, in a sturdy LP box mailer.
Will be expertly & carefully wrapped to insure a happy journey & safe landing!
I've worked many years in shipping, am a record collector too, and know exactly how to insure your LP's are properly taken care of.   Every record i send out is well packed with the vinyl outside of the cover, in their paper inner sleeves, and both the cover and vinyl next to each other inside of protective plastic outer sleeves (may be used or new), sandwiched between cardboard stiffeners, then bubble wrapped.
Returns: In general i have a 'No Returns' policy. However, if you feel that my grading was off and this record hasn't earned a spot in your collection then i will do a Return/Refund. You must message me thru eBay so we can work out the details amicably. The return will be your responsibility and needs to be shipped back in the same secure method that you received it. And, it will be at your cost  (unless i've grievously misrepresented anything - in which case i will pay for the return shipping). Upon the safe return i will promptly issue a PayPal refund for your original 'Paid' price.

Feedback: I do not hold your feedback hostage, as many other Sellers do these days.
As soon as you pay i will say "Thank You" by leaving you some Positive feedback.
I hope you will do the same for me.

**My personal reference guide to visual grading. It's culled from standard well-known sources and my own collecting experiences.

VINYL VISUAL GRADING:
Mint: Factory sealed, unopened, may have slight or small tears on the shrink wrap but the cover has no flaws and the vinyl has not been removed.
Near Mint (NM): Vinyl is near perfect, very shiny like new,  with no scratches or scuffs,  may have very few minor "paper rubs".
Very Good Plus Plus (VG++) or (Excellent): Vinyl is very shiny with very few very light scratches, very light scuffs and or "paper rubs".
Very Good Plus (VG+): Vinyl is shiny but does show some light dulling from use, not as shiny as when new. Vinyl may have some light scratches, scuffs and  paper rubs but is not covered  with scratches and the scratches look like they will not significantly alter the sound.
Very Good (VG): Vinyl will have dulling, scratches and scuffs. Scratches will cover a significant  part of the vinyl. Scratches are not very deep but they look like they may cause some background noise.
Good Plus (G+): Vinyl has significant dulling, may be covered with scratches and scuffs. Some scratches may appear fairly deep and will look like the sound will be significantly affected with a fair amount of surface noise. There may even be an occasional skip or two.
Good (G): Vinyl will look like it will barely play, with scratches covering the surface, many very deep. Expect skips and/or jumps.
Poor (P): Poor or Rough condition. Can still be used for framing or crafting.

COVER/OUTER SLEEVE VISUAL GRADING:
Mint: Factory sealed,  vinyl has not been removed from cover.
Near Mint (NM): Cover may or may not have original shrink wrap. Shrink wrap may have slight, small holes or tears but the cover itself will show only the very slightest of wear. The cover will look as is it was just removed from the shrink wrap.
Very Good Plus Plus (VG++): Cover will still have the original sheen. It may have very light rubbing and/or ring wear, but will not affect the graphics. Edges and spine will have very light if any rubbing, corners may have a little very light scuffing. May have stickers but no writing. Slight yellowing if it is a lighter color. No moisture or other stains. May have cut-out or punch hole. May have a PROMO stamp.
Very Good Plus (VG+): Cover may have rubbing and ring wear, with some light scuffing. Scuffing, stains and spots  may be noticeable but not overtly obvious. May have some writing but fairly unobtrusive, does not have large or heavy writing. Edges and spine may have some rubbing and scuffs. Will not have split seams unless the front and back covers show very little wear. May have some slight wrinkles and scuffs from storage. May have very faint moisture stains, but not heavy or obvious. May have cut-out.
Very Good (VG): Cover will have very noticeable rubbing, scuffs or ring wear. Graphics may be  affected by scuffs, but the overall graphic will be only moderately affected. May have writing, stains, spots, moisture stains, stickers, wrinkles and creases. Edges and spine may be split, but at least one edge will be intact. May have unobtrusive tape.
Good Plus (G): Cover will have moderate to heavy  scuffs, rubbing, ring wear, spots, stains, writing or moisture stains. Edges and spine may be split or have tape.
Good (G): Cover will show heavy wear, with all of the above, only worse.
Poor (P): Poor or Rough condition. Can still be used for framing, crafting or display.

INNER SLEEVE VISUAL GRADING: (Used for original paper or poly inner sleeves only)
NM: Inner sleeve will have no flaws, may have a slight wrinkle or crease.
VG++: Inner sleeve will have heavier creases but no split seams. No stains.
VG+: Inner sleeve will be very clean with only small split seams and tears, possible light stains and/or creases.
VG: Inner sleeve may have stains, creases, tears and split seams.
G: Inner sleeve will be original but unusable to store the LP. Good only for crafting or display.
