Full set of Volumes 1-40


Amazing 1982 UK complete set of all FORTY volumes of the Orbis Publishing 'History Of Rock', with each [mostly] double LP volume featuring a collection of classic recordings by the original artists from Elvis, through The Beatles, Rock, Glam, Punk & The Sex Pistols to Elvis Costello.


Each volume has a similar style gatefold sleeve with extensive notes inside. The Beatles volume is of particular interest as the second disc contains the Hollywood Bowl recordings from 1964-65.


The overall condition of the sleeves is good with just a little discolouration and minor marks to some sleeves. However, the vinyl discs themselves appears barely played. HRL001-040
