Here, I am offering
HIS MASTERS VOICE GRAMAPHONE PLAYER
This player has 3 speeds – Slow, 78, & Fast!! As can be seen on picture 2
The turntable works as does the winding mechanism, stop and speed controls.
The stylus arm articulates but as we have no stylus, I have not heard it play.
The turntable is covered with red plush material which is in remarkably good condition given its likely age.
The horn does not appear to have any damage but not sure if I have located it properly – as it doesn’t seem a positive fit.
The case may be mahogany – a few minor scratches as you might expect for its age.
This is one of a number of items thatI am listing, which belonged to my husband’s grandmother. Some of them have probably been in our listed house for nearly 100 years. Please take a look at the other goodies.
As with all reclaimed items, there are signs of wear adding to the patina of age and authenticity.
I am honest with my listings and show any obvious marks, chips, blemishes.
