Description

An original London Recording from 1963. Matrix 1B/1B. Tax code 'MT'. The vocal delivery is well into the red! The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original Robert Stace cover with exposed flipbacks. We also have a generic poly-lined inner sleeve from the time too.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) A beautiful low-mileage copy with precious little signs of use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. The dynamics on this pressing are way off the scale. I would imagine even well looked after copies might start to reveal issues in some of these LR's vocal passages. But this baby is pretty much clean as a whistle. No sign of groove wear at all. Expect nothing more than a few crackles in one brief moment per side.  Audio quality is off the scale - they done a great job. Truly an audio feast like no other.
Cover (Vg+) Given the vintage this cover is looking nice. A bit of light fade and minor laminate lift in places - but still very presentable. The rear has avoided the worst of the ageing process - just some noticeable at the extremities. Only minor signs of edge wear. The spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains great rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) A bit aged. Bag still present. No splits.
