Jacket is in VG+ condition no splits...no soiling(musty smell)...no tears...no writing...etc. minor shelf wear...a true collector's piece !!!
Record is in EX condition...nice and flat...no warping...a few sleeve scuffs that do not affect play...MINTY !!!
notice the deepgroove in both sides of the mint labels...very rare.
