Returns/Refunds
I usually visually grade my records because listening to every record would take forever. I try very hard to grade accurately. Remember these are used records and minor scratches or sound distractions can become evident upon listening. If you are not happy with the record, notify me within 3 days and I will replace or refund your money no questions asked upon return of the item in exact condition it was sent unless a no return/refund policy is in my discription. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Please ask questions about my return policies if you are not sure of it. If you don't agree with my policy, please do not purchase. I strive to maintain a pleasant relationship with my customers and wish to avoid any misunderstandings.
GRADING:
Near Mint: The record is in excellent condition and shows no visible signs of wear or damage that will affect sound quality.
VG+: Record should play with very little distractions. Record may have light visual marks. There could be some occasional surface sound. Jacket may have slight ring or cover wear, the cover may have minor seam splitting.
VG: Vinyl may have light scratches or other visual blemishes, but should play through without skipping or repeating. Light surface noise and/or crackle/pops may be present. Covers may have moderate ring and/or edge wear, cut-outs / hole punches, or a very moderate seam split.
VG-: Sound quality is poor with obvious distractions. The jacket may have splits or stains. I only sell records rated VG- if it is rare and its presence in the collection transcends the poor quality of the vinyl or cover.
