This is an original US vinyl pressing on Mushroom MRS-5008 from 1977. This is the first pressing with the songs in different order and "Blues Medley", which was deleted from future pressings. At the bottom of the back cover it says : "Mushroom Records regrets that a contractual dispute has made it necessary to complete this record without the cooperation or endorsement of the group Heart, who have expressly disclaimed artistic involvement in completing this record." The song 'Heartless' was a hit and reached 3 24 on 3/13/78. "Without You' is the song written by Badfinger and was a huge hit for Nilsson.

The songs are : Heartless, Without You, Just The Wine, Magazine, Here Song, Devil Delight, Blues Medley ( Mother Earth & You Shook Me Babe), and I've Got The Music In Me.

Overall Condition is : Cover is M- / Record is M

The cover is near mint with no ring wear, no writing , and no seam splits. There is slight overall wear and a drill hole at top right. The vinyl looks mint and it plays mint. The labels are clean with no spindle marks. The record comes in a plain white inner sleeve.

I started collecting records in 1966. I started selling in Goldmine in 1985. I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby. And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon. My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.

Packaging :

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally. I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard. Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard. Together they are very strong and unbendable. ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! ) I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve. The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.

Postage : Weight : 1 pound 5 ounces

You have to pay for the postage. I pre-weigh every record, so that you pay the exact amount the post office charges. There are no handling charges. This record will weigh 21 ounces ( 1 pound, 5 ounces ) when ready to ship. US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US Priority or Media Mail. All US winners will get shipping through Paypal and an automatic email with the tracking number. Overseas bidders must use First Class Mail International. You will get an automatic email with the customs/tracking number. I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday) I will combine shipping if you win more than one record.
