I have not cleaned this record.  It obviously has the typical terrible acetate sound.  However the disc is Not flaking and seems in good condition.  Both sides posted in audio player above, please turn volume up on player as it is set to low by default.  Please see enlarged pictures above for closeups of label conditions.
