Clarence Ashe – “Why Have I Had So Much Trouble” b/w “If I Could Only Lie” (J & S 1469). Great 1964 release by Ashe was the follow-up to his summer of 1964 release “Trouble I’ve Had” which went to #99 on the R&B chart and uses the same backing track while the flip features Ashe’s strong, R & B tinged vocal over some triplet piano and tenor sax fills – both sides are excellent – take a listen to a little of each. Record is in strong VG+ condition (has radio station call letters on one label and writing on the flip label – see scan). Postage will be paid by purchaser.
