(Hear) 1958 Searchers Doo-Wop Jiver on Class (Wow Wow Baby b/w Ooo Wee)


 

 

 
Searchers – “Wow Wow Baby” b/w “Ooo Wee” (Class 223). Classic spring of 1958 Doowop jiver on this Los Angeles based label is supposedly Bobby Day and Earl Nelson‘s group, The Hollywood Flames under a different name with Nelson on lead. Nelson was the Earl of Bob & Earl and also recorded as Jackie Lee on the northern soul hit “The Duck” and as the Hollywood Flames they had the 1958 #5 R&B and #11 Pop hit “Buzz Buzz Buzz”. This is a very scarce original of this 45. Record is a dj copy in strong VG condition. Postage will be paid by purchaser.
