DESCRIPTION: Hawkwind- X In Search Of Space LP. 1ST UK pressing with Gimmix box sleeve, lowest A1U/B1U matrix, Logbook and UA inner. From my personal collection. You will struggle to find a cleaner looking or sounding copy than this.

YEAR OF RELEASE: 1971.
COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK.
CONDITION (VINYL/COVER). EX/EX. Vinyl is very clean with a nice dark sheen. Sits flat on the turntable. Sounds clean, clear, vibrant and loud. Cover retains great Box shape. The card sleeve remains very firm and square - check out the photos where it is folded out. It has only light edgewear, light cornerwear and minimal creasing. Undamaged flap and joining edge. Ive added a photograph of the only crease to the sleeve opening edge. Great shape to spine. Logbook is clean with no issue. UA inner is very clean with a discrete 1" split to centre of bottom edge Really clean labels. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears.

GRADING SYSTEM: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades.
