Physical Assessment: Nice / Clean & Shiny / Few Hairlines & Scuffs On Both Sides

Sleeve Assessment: Inner: Original Red Tan Printed Sleeve / Very Large Seam Splits - Nearly Separated On Right / Bit General Wear - Outer: Interesting - Front Appears To Be Signed By One Or Two People - But Hard To Tell Who It May Be - Looks Like It Could Be Dave Brock? - Cannot Be Sure - Please Check Photos / Gatefold & Foldout Sleeve In Decent Condition But Has A Bit Of General Wear / Little Hole In Centre Of Foldout / Some Scuffs & Blemishes / Vinyl Indent / Other Small Flaws
Notes: With regards to the autograph on the front, I do not know when or who this was signed by - I came into possession of this record whilst working in a customer's loft / snooker room, which had become a bit of a dumping ground for the extended family's old stuff.
It appears that they had been filling it up since at least the 70's as it was full of vintage books, games, clothing and records. The closest I can figure is that this may be David Brock's signature - However, I do not claim to know this for certain, and I would advise any interested buyer to scrutinise the photos to make your own determination.
With that said, I have only came across autographed record sleeves of major artists two or three times in my entire record buying past, and I have no reason to think there is any attempt at deception as the thing appears to have been sitting in an attic, untouched, for decades. If you would care for further photos of the autograph, please let me know and I will take some close ups.

VG+ (Very Good+) – Record has definitely been used, but has been well kept, plays very well, and in nice condition overall. There may be minor surface noise, minor blemishes / scuffs / hairlines on record, minor flaws to labels, and there may be some flaws to the sleeve, but these will not be dramatic, and will be low in number.
VG (Very Good) – Record is used and has been decently kept, plays decently, but may have some noticeable surface noise, this will not overpower the audio though. Labels may have some blemishes, record may have some blemishes / scuffs / hairlines and there may be flaws to sleeve, these will not be overly dramatic overall, but noticeably used.
