Flyin’ High, Runnin’ Fast   LP

(1978) RCA / Victor PL 40112

 

Rare Finnish cult classic, the second album of the band Harvest (known as Elonkorjuu on their first extremely rare album) from Finnish city Pori. This instrumental jazz rock album was made in 1978.

For sale is an original rare LP version, NOT the cd-reissue from 2010. The LP comes from an archive of a public library. I have included many pics so you know what you are getting.

Read the following carefully, please.

Front cover:  No ring wear, EX/NM- with one very light bend, with the original price sticker on the right upper corner.

Edges very nice with no wear at all, except a 5cm seam split on the middle of the lower edge. Very clean and nice looking cover.

The back cover is as nice as the front, but has two stickers/tapes containing the library information and a self-adhesive plastic pocket attached. This plastic pocket peels off rather easily and it’s removal don’t damage the cover, but it leaves a sticky residue and I have not wanted to peel the pocket completely off. Maybe the residue can be removed some way, but I leave that to the buyer.

The upper right corner tape, fixing a library information barcode label under it, won’t probably come off without damages to the cover. I have not tried to remove it.  The bar code has been smudged on with a marker pen, but this smudge is ON the tape and could be removed. Back cover has also a rubber stamp of the library and a very small label in the uppermost right corner. 

Original inner sleeve has again the rubber stamp and a small label on the other side, and two small rubber stamps marking the LP’s removal from the archive.

LP seems to be at least in EX/NM- condition, with few very light marks. The Side 1 center label has one more rubber stamp of the library and a pen marking.
