"Get Out" b/w "You May Not Love M" Landa 703 1964 strongVG condition with nice clean labels except for the initials "LU" that you can see on the "You May Not Love Me" side along with some very slight label wear along the edge. This is a vinyl press and probably plays VG+ in many parts of the 45 but because there are some quiet spots in the record where noise is heard I will call it a VG condition. This is Harold Melvin & Blue Notes 1st 45 and is extremely rare on the original Landa label. This 45 lists in Rockin' Records 2012 edition at $300-$500. I should note that I am a fussy grader myself because I mostly buy than sell. This is a great soul & doowop 45 that you should have so bid away. I have played this song on my radio show "Relics & Rarities". This sucker belongs in your collection cause it's cool! Record will be shipped in a real record box with protection. Overseas shipping will also be priced fair depending on location, but appears to be $7.00 to most of Europe.
