I auditioned the disk. there are about 3 very very very light pops on the A side and the B side for a total of 6.  There is some very very very light surface noise under some light soft vocal sections.  There are no skips, or loud audio damage on the entire disk.

The scratch/mark on the first band of the A side (see photo) is inaudible.  There are no clicks, pops, or skips associated with it.

An enclosed lyric sheet is included.

The album cover has bumped corners and a tear in the top seam (see photo).  There are some coffee stains on the reverse(see photo).
