Description

Hi there, presented here is the insanely rare debut self-titled LP by Hannibal, released in the UK on B & C records in 1970.  This is an absolute first press with 1/1 stampers!!!!  Catalogue no. CAS 1022.  LP cover designed by Keef, who also designed for Black Sabbath.  Take a look at the 2 photos above of the inner gatefold and see the similarities of the lay out!!  Very tough to find and very sought after.  So, heres the condition:-

The LP itself:-  VG.  Only has light marks, and generally light wear.  A couple of areas cause reasonable surface noise.  This is moderate throughout the LP on my player.  If you have a top-range deck that is less forgiving, then there could be more of this audible.  Please bear this in mind if buying.  Thanks.

The Sleeve:-  VG+.  Gatefold sleeve, front cover in EX condition, rear VG+.  Virtually no ring wear to the front cover, light to moderate on the reverse.  No writing or tears!  Small wear area to back sleeve (around 0.5 inch by 0.25 inch).  Should be visible on photo.   Inner of gatefold EX, no writing or tears.  Title spine fully readable with wear to top quarter of spine, though not too intrusive. 

The Labels:-  EX.  Nice lustre, with colours sharp and print totally clear.  No writing, and only low spindle wear. 

Postage AND packing within the UK is £4.25 by 1st class recorded.  My costs for postage AND packing are around £4.75, so I work on a loss of around 50p.  Thanks :-))  I post using professional mailers and stiffeners.  The inner sleeve (with the LP inside) is removed from the outer sleeve, and placed next to it.  This is to avoid edge cuts in transit.  Overseas postage is £14 by International signed for.  Thanks.
