Description
This is the deep groove RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of “Hank Mobley” on the West 63rd labels of Blue Note BLP 1568. The playing surface is in excellent condition, with two light inaudible scuffs on Side 1 and a cluster of three inaudible scuffs on Side 2. The laminated West 63rd St. cover has 4” of wear at the center of the top seam; ¼” wear at the top corners; the spine has a few tiny flakes and 1 ½” wear at the bottom; the bottom seam has ¼” wear at the corners and a 1 ¼” closed split at the center; the back slick has two 1 ¼” areas of white-out at the top left corner. Personnel include Bill Hardman, Curtis Porter, Sonny Clark, Paul Chambers, and Art Taylor. $1500.00.
