Record: Very Good. There are multiple scuffs and smudges on both sides that create noise on both sides.         

Labels: Very Good. There is discoloration and spindle-trails to both sides.

Cover: Very Good. There is ringwear and discoloration to both sides, a sticker on the front, and writing on the back. There is heavy wear to the edges.
