This was hand signed by Jack Grandin, Dan Barnes & Steve Brookins. The front also has " To Chris, love ya " that was written by Jack Grandin himself. Album cover has wear but still holding up. The Record is in great shape. Minimal scratches. I do not have the full story behind the album. The person I purchased it from had been to many concerts. I bought a lot of concert memorabilia from this person. I have had some authenticated and have not had anything come back as fake. I have not had this particular item authenticated but I'm pretty sure it is legit. It gets costly authenticated every single item. Sale as shown and described.
