Hampton Hawes The Trio Vol. 1 Contemporary C3505 mono yellow deep groove label "DEMONSTRATION" stamp

Yellow label and deep groove both sides. "Demonstration" stamp on both sides. "LKL 12-29/30-D4" in the runouts. "8481 Melrose Place, Los Angeles 46" address on back. Cover is "frame style".
The record looks VG++ and plays VG+ to VG++. No scratches. Side 1 has a light scuff across first two tracks. Record plays with some light surface noise that is below the level of the music. Would play grade higher, except it's a fairly quiet record.
The cover is VG+.
The front cover has moderate wear with a small piece of slick missing and "Demonstration" stamp. The back cover has moderate to heavy wear and some staining with a Demo stamp. No split seams. Spots of wear at the corners. Spine is heavily faded and slick is cracking.
My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied. No hassles.
