Hampton Hawes This is H.Hawes v.2 The Trio Contemporary DG mono Hampton Hawes ' This is Hampton Hawes vol. 2 ' The Trio Contemporary C 3515 (USA) mono yellow label with deep groove - rec. in 1955-1956 - issued in 1956 Hampton Hawes : piano - Red Mitchell : bass - Chuck Thompson : drums Side 1 : You and the night and the music - Stella by starlight - Blues for Jacque - Yesterdays - Steeplechase Side 2 : 'Round midnight - Just squeeze me - Autumn in New York - Section blues Visual grading : record is EX full lustre has very light wear. Clean labels with very light spindle marks Playing grading : record EX to EX+ plays very well with loud and clear sound. Has few light occasional background noise mostly audible in some quieter passages Cover grading : cover is VG+ has light wear to corners, edges and to spine which ha a tiny piece of paper missing in the middle.
