Various Artists "Hal David & Burt Bacharach"
This is a US vinyl pressing from the early 1970's (There is no year noted). It is a double album in a single pocket cover. There is no record company or record number noted on the cover or labels. ( The matrix numbers are hand etched : JD-101-A, JD-101-B, JD-101-C, and JD-101-D) The labels are white with black printing. It comes in a white title cover with the title and the song titles in blue printing. Every song on this sampler was written by Hal David & Burt Bacharach.
This is a promo only sampler of songs by Hal David & Burt Bacharach. It looks like it was issued by Jac Music and Blue Seas Music publishers. Maybe this album was given to artists that wanted to cover one of their songs. It is not listed in any record price guides or on Discogs.

Overall Condition is : Cover is VG+ / Records are M- & M-
The cover is VG+ with no writing and no ring wear. There is light handling wear around the edges, top left seam wear, wear along the mouth at top right, and a tiny chip on the top center seam. The top right seam was split and it has been repaired with clear tape. The vinyl look near mint and they play near mint. The labels are clean with no spindle marks. The records come in plain white inner sleeves.

I started collecting records in 1966. I started selling records in Goldmine in 1985. I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby. And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon. On Discogs I am 'Fragilerecords'. My records are from a no smoking and no pets home. I am a record collector, not a DJ, so I almost never play my records.
Packaging :
I take great care on every package and I do each one personally. I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard. Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard. Together they are very strong and unbendable. I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve. The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.
Postage : Weight : 1 pound 15 ounces
You have to pay for the postage. I pre-weigh every package, so that you pay the exact amount the post office charges. There are NO handling charges. This record will weigh 31 ounces when ready to ship. US winners can choose between Media mail or Priority mail.
