"Town And Country"
Original 1st Pressing on the Immediate Label Catalogue Number IMSP 027

The Vinyl is in excellent condition Side 1 is very clean although there are some very light scuff marks near the edge on side 2 when held under a bright lamp which I would grade as VG+.
But these do not affect play at all as the sound quality is excellent- 
The Sleeve is very good with a slight tear on the opening edge and some wear around the edges.

I have tried to capture the faults on the photographs.
