Here´s an original copy of THE HUMAN INSTINCT - The Hustler, released 1974 in New Zealand on Zodiac ZLP 1051. Fifth and last album by the most important "non commercial underground" band from all times. This time with Martin Hope, Glenn Mikkelson and John Donoghue on the axes instead of Billy T.K. and Harvey Mann. Fascinating concept album leaving in the final track "Stoned Mary"....Often stoned Mary couldn't even say hello...often stoned Billy couldn't even say goodbye...they went to heaven in a magical train..they knew they'd be there for a summer rain. What a shame. They where in a play...they where in a play...they where both insane...they where in a play. Often stoned Mary couldn't even see a day...often stoned Billy couldn't even see daylight...they dreamed of castles in a make believe sky...they dreamed of fields that would take them so high...Oh my. Makes you wanta cry..makes you wanta cry...makes you wonder why..do they have to fly. Baby you've got this thing thats in your hand..baby why don't you be a man..baby try and do what I say..cos I know we'll be in time for summer...pull your sleeve back please don't let me down...put in in and lets get off the ground.

For me perhaps the most underrated album ever. Stunning floating guitar psych/prog from first to last second. Would give one eye when be taken back to 1971 and see them live somewhere in Wellington or so (easy to say now). 

Thanks a lot to mastermind Maurice Greer who is finally responsible for these five amazing Human Instinct albums. They are all!! real masterpieces and have taken their place in musical history forever.

This fine copy contains of course the often missing 4-page sheet with lyrics, pictures etc. in mint(-).

Condition cover: vg+(+), the fully laminated sleeve has light spine- and cornerwear and a few lightest lamination creases here and there. Removeable sticker on top right back. Super fragile backspine is almost perfect like new.

Condition record:m--, it has its light visual hairlines and paperscuffs, plays with very light background noises. Never saw a better copy and would give a lot for a real mint one which is not in existence......Maurice??

I should mention that my gradings are visualy AND audible taken on a Wilson Benesch Act Two turntable combined with Sumiko Blue Point Special cartridge and this combination doesn't lie...I'm just a collector and don't like overgraded records so much...
