Description
The Human Beast: "Volume One" 1970, Germany/Decca SLK 16 672-P. Disc has some light hairlines from the rubbery poly sleeve, plays M- on side one, side two has a bit of noise as the tracks slip into silence at times, still it gets an EX grade. Cover has a top center seam split, very light wear otherwise, this is a strong VG+ cover. World-class killer UK heavy underground LP by a wasted-but-inspired trio with horrific personal demons guiding them. Bone-chilling lyrics are punctuated by loads of intense wah-wah guitar and the rhythm section is super-tight. It could be filed alongside Sam Gopal, Twink, first Pink Fairies, Horse, etc. but The Human Beast is definitely scarier. Even the pic of them on the back cover looks freaky... these guys were clearly misfits with big chips on their shoulders. They're probably all dead or in prison now. Incredibly rare and killer LP!

I pack/ship once a week, usually on Friday. I use sturdy cardboard boxes designed for shipping records, and I remove the disc from the cover to prevent seam splits during shipment.
