Universal Justice Records (?)
NEAR MINT /
SUPER CLEAN CONDITION
From my personal collection..........
ARTIST(S)/GROUP: Human Arts Ensemble
TITLE: Poem of Gratitude
LABEL/NUMBER: Universal Justice Records (?) TS Records (?)/TS73 (38/39)
FORMAT: 12" LP Record/Vinyl/STEREO
COMMENTS: This is a mega rare LP by an original incarnation of the Human Arts Ensemble. It is on a very small label of whose name I am not altogether certain - Universal Justice (?) / TS73-38/39 (?). I have had this record for decades and it has been well cared for and played lightly - if at all. This is a difficult to find original pressing from early 1973. Don't pass on it. Questions? Drop me a line.
Tracks Include: INTRODUCTION/OUT TO LUNCH, SOPHISTICATED LADY, IMAGINATION, POEM OF GRATITUDE, GOD BLESS THE CHILD and more
CONDITION: The record/vinyl is in near mint condition. The cover is in excellent+ condition with no cutout marks, splits or writing. The labels are in excellent+ condition. The spindle holes are strong and clean. Check the photos. This LP is super clean. You will be hard pressed to find another of equal or greater condition - both vinyl and cover.
Please take a look at the photo and remember that there is NO RESERVE!!
The cost to ship to you is the cost of the postage or freight, the box/container (usually from Bags Unlimited), materials, and optional - but recommended - insurance.
U.S.P.S. Media Mail rates (U.S.A. only) are available and run significantly less than Priority Mail (which is available also).
There is no reserve on this great recording!
Yes, I do combine on shipping for the winners of multiple auctions.
BEFORE YOU BID READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, THANK YOU!
PAYMENT: Yes, I do accept PayPal. For other acceptable alternatives please contact me through the "ask a question" feature on the auction listing.
SHIPPING: I try to ship three (3) times a week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday. When the weather does not cooperate - like during January and February of 2010 when we got record amounts of snow - it may not be possible to keep that schedule. I will get to the Post Office as soon as the roads are cleared and it is safe to drive into town.
I like to use Media Rate for shipping records, CDs, tapes and similar items that meet USPS Media Mail requirements. Media Mail rates actually seem reasonable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: We can only ship through trackable methods and carriers.
NOTICE TO ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ IMPORTANT!: ALL items are sent at the buyer's expense using trackable shipping methods only. Please bid accordingly. Contact me for details or clarification.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
I employ the following grading standards. All of the items are guaranteed unless noted (please keep in mind Good and Poor ratings when biding).
RECORD GRADING:
Sealed = Still Sealed: In factory sealed condition (NO, I do not reseal records.)
M = Mint: Perfect, factory-fresh but opened (I usually DO NOT use this grade / classification as true "mint" records are somewhat scarce)
M- = Mint Minus or NM = Near Mint: Near perfect but played record
EXC+ or EX+ = Excellent+: Close to like new with only superficial signs of use that dont affect play. (Just a step down from M- or NM.)
EXC or EX = Excellent: A superior copy with light signs of use or slight wear that dont affect play.
VG+ = Very Good+: a used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.
VG = Very Good: Significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise. VG items are great to add to the collection until a superior one becomes available.
G = Good: In the record world, 'Good' is not good! From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about beat-up records. (You purchase knowing that the item has probably not received adequate care or treatment.)
COVER GRADING:
EX+: NO OBVIOUS WEAR .. .HANDLED WITH CARE
EX: SOME MINOR SIGNS OF WEAR / RING RUB / SURFACE SCUFFS .. NO BENDS, TEARS OR WRITING
VG+: MAY SHOW SIGNS OF LIGHT WEAR / RING RUB / SURFACE SCUFFS / SLIGHT CORNER BUMPING (THIS IS STILL A COVER THAT THE VAST MAJORITY OF COLLECTORS WHO I HAVE ENCOUNTERED FIND BETTER THAN "ACCEPTABLE.")
VG: COVER SHOWS SOME WEAR / MAY HAVE WRITING / RING RUB AND SCUFFS OBVIOUS .. MINOR TEARS
G = Good: (I Repeat) In the record world, 'Good' is not good! From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about beat-up covers. (You purchase knowing that the item has probably not received adequate care or treatment - - i.e., "is sorta dogged.")
NOTE: A cover with a cutout mark (e.g., drill hole, punch hole, cut corner, sawmark, back-cover stamp, etc.) can be assigned to any condition grade. I do note / clearly state the presence of cutout marks in the item listing. I do evaluate their overall impact on the cover and grade accordingly.
Thanks for your interest and time and
GOOD LUCK in your bidding.
