Thanks for looking at my listing, for a rare promo US pressing of Hot Tuna's debut album. If you are reading this, you are probably already a fan. I had never heard this album and greatly enjoyed it. It reminded me of British blues guitarists like John Renbourn and Bert Jansch and the acoustic Grateful Dead album "Reckoning". What makes this particular copy very unique is that it is a rare RCA promo copy, including a small press kit consisting of two promo photos of Jorma and Jack, along with a 12" x 24" promo foldout insert describing the album. A great collectible and very rare. I can't find any other previous listings for promo copies of this album including either the photos or insert.

Jacket VG+/LP VG++ (plays NM) - The jacket has minimal wear overall. Small corner ding, light wear along spines and about a one inch area on the title spine where the paper flaked off. There is also about a one inch crease on the open spine. The jacket has a small printing press error from the factory on the front, and there is a small amount of what looks like candle wax on both the back and on the inner sleeve. The inner sleeve also has several large creases and a 2-3" seam split along the bottom spine. Both photos are in beautiful condition, one having a small crease. Lastly, the press insert has a small crease. The disc plays beautifully from start to finish, with barely any surface noise. I don't recall more than one or two pops the whole album. And for an album this quiet, you want one that's really clean and this is it. There are light sleeve scuffs on both sides of the disc, but they don't affect play at all. It was either unplayed or only played once or twice before I cleaned and vacuumed it and placed it in a new poly sleeve.
