KING OLIVER's CREOLE JAZZ BAND with Louis & Johnny Dodds etc. Okeh 4933 V+ (2-3 groove noisy start on Society) Snake Rag/High Society. Dodd's solo on High Society has been rated one of the best jazz solos of all time (though the raters were unaware he was basically playing the piccolo part as written for the original march down in New Orleans!) This rarity is one of the nicer copies to come up for sale in a long time!!! ------------- I've been collecting and dealing jazz and blues discs for 35 years and guarantee grading.
