:: RARE ASSOCIATION PRESENTATION FROM ONE JAZZ GREAT TO ANOTHER JAZZ GREAT! Obviously, this item was not for a typical fan autograph here; both Silvers and Henderson had a long friendship beginning in the early years of their jazz recording careers. Only Horace remains and this friendship is clearly indicated in Silver's warm dedication inscription to Teddy - two Jazz greats indeed... First time offered unique jazz item.. This was the year Silvers' book (shown here was published); the plaque is from Henderson which was presented to him by the small association listed on it in his gratitude.
