Sleeve; faint wear to the corners/edges/flipback folds and very faint ring/shelf wear, Very Good+ condition.
Vinyl; faint surface/sleeve marks on both sides, very faint surface noise for a very short time intro track 1 side 1 otherwise actual audio plays perfectly, only very faint surface noise on run in and run out of both sides where actual audio is not affected. Very Good+ condition.

I use the record collector magazine grading system;
I do not use “Mint” as a record/cd grading unless the item is still sealed.
EX=Excellent
The record/cd shows some signs of being played, but there is very little deterioration of sound quality, the sleeve and packaging may have slight wear and/or creasing.
VG = VERY GOOD:
The record/cd has obviously been played many times,
but displays no major deterioration of sound quality,
despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items,
without any major defects, is acceptable.
G = GOOD:
The record/cd has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
