Unknown artist (Hole In The Wall) - "Blue Turns To Grey" - Johnny Dee Productions (Red Bank, NJ) original one-of-a-kind 10-inch one-sided metal acetate test pressing of professionally recorded organ and electric guitar based garage rock 45 from 1967 (sound file above). There are no matrix numbers and no artist credits, though actual artist name and # CO 93809 is wax stenciled on acetate). Sleeve has the name "Marty Wekser" written on (possibly produced by?). Record is Near Mint. This is the Matawan, New Jersey band, Hole In The Wall - a different mix of this song was commercially released as a 45 on Epic Records. Came from the collection of the late Johnny Dee, who was their manager (as well as a New York City area disc jockey and AOR guy). Nice!
