Description
Humperdinck (arr. Kempe): “Hansel and Gretel” Suite; Mendelsohn: “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” Incidental Music; Rudolf Kempe conducting the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Minor background noise at the start of Side 1; minor pressing flaw in Tchaikovsky “Theme and Variations”, Band 2, Side 1; otherwise a very quiet pressing that will be difficult to better. “Factory Sample” sticker on Side 1 label. Yellowing on the white background in the photos is an artifact of the scanning process.
