HMV ALP 1548-9 Rosalyn Tureck Bach Goldberg variations
His Masters Voice ALP 1548-9. UK first pressing, red gold labels. Rosalyn Tureck, piano, plays Bach Goldberg variations. Very rare set. Scalloped flip back laminated sleeves.
Sleeves: ALP 1548 Ex++, 1549 VG+ (small spots, small 2 cm tear at back side)
records: a few scattered ticks. Side 1: Ex: has a long non sounding nail rubb and light paper scuff. Side 2 Ex+, Side 3 small mark of a few mm give some ticks, VG++, side 4: VG++, a 3 mm mark gives a few ticks during first revolutions.
This set is very rare, this copy is not NM, but has only minimal audible flaws, still very enjoyable!

Grading:
- M: never used. I don't use this grade unless the record is sealed
- NM: No visible or audible faults
- EX: Record has clearly been used, but has no major audible faults, some non sounding marks possible, maybe some dirt or light surface noise (especially on older mono record, surface noise is quite normal).
- VG: Light audible faults, ticks or surface noise
- G: scratches, etc. I don't sell record in this condition, unless they are very special and collectible.
