Sleeve is VG- w/ aging & dirt, split on all upper seam & spine, crackling along mouth & upper seam.
Record plays an average VG- to VG++ w/ clear sound despite surface marks, and noticeable light noise inbetween tracks. Unfortunately, A1, A2, B1 & B2 have wooshes apparently due to either a pressing default or a heat damage and play worse than the rest which plays really well.
All our African records are graded according to the same Western grading standards as used for jazz, funk, etc.
As sellers, it is simply our job to get the records, and do an accurate grading.
Saying the record is impossible to find and using this rarity argument to lower the grading standard sounds more like a lack of competence from a seller.
Super accurate UK Record Collector magazine GRADING.
