Condition Notes: Record & jacket both in strong VG+ shape!
Release Notes: Very rare private press LP record from the Hi Hopes, a band made up of cognitively challenged (the jacket sadly uses the term "mentally retarded") students at the Hope School of Anaheim. California. Making it even more collectible, the back of the jacket is autographed by all members pictured (seven students and their teacher/band leader Doris E. Walker)!! This is their second LP which is listed in the Acid Archives book.
