ELKIE BROOKS SINGS - HE'S GOTTA LOVE ME B/W WHEN YOU APPEAR - ON UK H M V RECORDS POP 1431 FROM 1965 - probably quite rare as a DEMO copy. Visually the record is in EX condition with a few light surface marks on both sides BUT has a very slight edge warp. The record is in a company sleeve. All of my records are graded visually, I do try and grade accurately BUT some may fall through the net. I hope you won't be disappointed with the record BUT if you think it is wrongly described then I will issue a refund to you as it's easier for you to keep the record. If you don't want it, then I don't want it back. I thought it was easy to grade records BUT a few people disagree with me, I will reiterate that I do try and grade fairly WITHOUT playing the record.
