Description
When "Face Up To It" first came out in 1988, most people (including the band) considered it a huge disappointment. The band had been tearing it up all over Europe for years with their super-tight attack of ultra-fast hardcore. But the recording and mix of "Face Up To It" failed to capture the energy and excitement - it was tight, but sounded really flat and weak.
Fast-forward 30 years, and this version has been completely remixed and remastered from the original master tapes. The transformation is astonishing - it's difficult to believe it's the same recording at all. This is the album that "Face Up To It" should always have been - a rabid, powerful assault which blows away almost everything else recorded around the same period.
This double album (actually 1 and a half albums, because side 4 is blank), features a bunch of bonus songs, all recorded during the same original session - including covers of songs by Siege, DYS and Youth Of Today. 26 songs in all. A CD of the entire album is also included.
New and sealed.
