Here is the Herbie Hancock album titled "Sextant" 33rpm, in stereo. Length 39:02. Released by Columbia Records in 1973. #KC 32212. This is in its original jacket, seen above, and all white sleeve. I've owned this since it came out and have never played it. It's been shelved upright on my record rack. I worked in the entertainment business here in Hollywood and got a lot of records for free. Sometimes duplicates. It's in mint condition. Jacket is in very good condition. Sleeve inside is in like new condition. Combine auctions and save on shipping.

Herbert Jeffrey "Herbie" Hancock (born April 12, 1940) is an American pianist, keyboardist, bandleader, composer and actor. Starting his career with Donald Byrd, he shortly thereafter joined the Miles Davis Quintet where Hancock helped to redefine the role of a jazz rhythm section and was one of the primary architects of the post-bop sound. He was one of the first jazz musicians to embrace synthesizers and funk music. Hancock's music is often melodic and accessible; he has had many songs "cross over" and achieve success among pop audiences. ©Wikipedia
Released on 30 March 1973, "Sextant" was Hancock's first album on Columbia Records, and the last with his Mwandishi-era group.
