From my own vast private collection gathered over last 45+ years ...these mostly from 1973 - 1978 I had my own Record Store here in Northern California in the 1970's and 80's -and bringing in wonderfully vibrant and amazing Progressive Rock Imports was a top specialty and priority - I was (still am) so nuts about this music that I had 3 different evolving weekly Radio Programs dedicated to it over 20 years - and loved nothing more than turning folks on to these bands and immersing myself and my audience in these exotic sounds. Now it is finally time for me to pass them on - my hardest LPs to part with, some 8 boxes of which I shall be listing throughout this Spring. Many of the leading progenitors of the 1st progressive era, but quite a few more obscure but no less amazing artists of the period. . *Sadly I am NOT FAST at listing and can only get around 50 up at a time, but they will keep on coming approximately every other week (as I pause between, to focus on top level packing and immediate shipping) so keep checking back.
This leads me to the subject of "collecting" purchases for combined shipping for further purchases, which some ask for. I am happy to save LPs that are purchased for up to 30 days IF YOU ASK Me to - but I MUST receive payment within 7 days of initial purchase. Full gloss vinyl is extremely clean with few extremely light hairlines / surface scuffs seen under hard bright light, that are almost entirely inaudible. Touch of faint background noise at beginning of sides only, then crystal clear NM throughout. Labels are immaculate both sides.

COVER is EX
Super clean, laminated cover is vivid and bright. Front is NM. Back shows a bit of minimal wear and a few soft edge creases with 3 dot-size nicks to laminate at center. Seams and spine are superb with only very small wear at bottom corner tips. flat and straight edged all around. No writing, soil or other marks.

Searing, soaring and darkly floating Electronics?.?

The release of Heldon IV: Agneta Nilsson saw the group heading toward a more intense, menacing sound.

While still based on fat, roiling - alternately surging and floating - electronics, this LP also saw the introduction of more actual prog rock elements...

The album contains a suite of four songs penned by PINHAS titled "Perspective"; three of them are between ten and 22 minutes. "Perspective I (Où Comment Procède le Nihilisme Actif)" and "Perspective III (Baader-Meinhof Blues)" are all-electronics affairs, with some nice electric guitar buried in the mix of the latter. "Perspective II" introduces drummer Coco Roussel (who would soon join the American progressive rock group Happy The Man) on some sparse percussion. 

"Bassong" is a short interlude written by guitarist Michel Ettori and played as a duet with bassist Gérard Prévost. PINHAS does not even play on this one -- a very different touch on the album. The whole thing really starts to soar with the 22-minute "Perspective IV", an extended jam beginning with churning, cycling synthesizers. Seven minutes into the piece Roussel joins in, showing the full extent of his talent, along with bassist Alain Bellaïche and Patrick Gauthier  on mini-Moog, while PINHAS picks up his guitar and starts one of his flaming five-minute solos before moving over to the synths once again to bring this side-long epic through to it's conclusion.
