International Rates: First Class Mail starts at $14 for 1st disc. Complete information under 'International Instructions' below.

US Domestic Rates: US shipping charges are calculated by the USPS and include a small handling fee.
Approximate: MEDIA MAIL = $4-5 for 1-2 discs + $ .25 / additional disc; PRIORITY MAIL = $6-11 for 1-2 discs plus $1-2/additional disc (cost depends on Zip Code). Packages will be shipped only to a CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS.

US Buyers - If buying/bidding on more than one record, ask for an invoice with combined (Discounted!) shipping costs.

US Media Mail can take up to 21 days for delivery!
I ship twice a week: roughly every 2-3 days. All packages shipped within the US include tracking.

GRADING -- COVER / RECORD -- Example: VG+ / M- = Cover is VG+ and Record is M-
100% VISUAL GRADING (occasional play-grading will be noted).
RECORD GRADES (from High to Low): M- = looks almost like new; should play almost perfectly but is NOT "flawless" nor "perfect"; EX = a few lite marks but very little noise; VG+ = 'used but not abused'; more marks than EX and will have some noise but the music still predominates; VG, G, F, P = increasing marks and noise with each lower grade. Any Record graded above G+ will NOT skip! -- COVER GRADES: M- = looks almost like new; EX = shows slight wear: very lite ring, very small rubs and/or very small bumps and/or very lite wear and/or tiny seam split(s); VG+ = used but not abused: more ring and more pronounced marks and/or bumps and/or seam wear/splits; for VG and G covers, blemishes increase in number and severity. -- LABEL is within '+/-' of the Record grade unless noted. 'Unplayed' means I opened a Still Sealed item for inspection only.

ABBREVIATIONS - common: bb = bubble; cb = corner(s) bent or bumped; cc = cut corner; co = cutout; coh = cutout hole; rw = ringwear; scr = scratch; slt = slight or small; stkr = sticker; stn = stain; tos = tape on seam; woc = writing on cover. More details here.

Every LP includes its original cover and an inner sleeve (usually plain paper).

I always separate record from cover before shipping!

First Class Mail -- 1LP $14; 2LPs $18; 3LPs $23; 4LPs $27; 5LPs $32; 6LPs $36*; 7LPs $40*; each additional disc $4.50 -- NOTE: First Class Mail does NOT offer tracking.
* At 6 LPs or more [over 4 lbs] the USPS automatically changes the shipping service to Priority Mail.

For packages with value of $50 or higher I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SHIP ONLY BY EXPRESS MAIL + fully insured. Packages valued $120 or more will probably automatically ship only by Express Mail.

I do not use registered mail - Please choose Express Mail if you want tracking and/or insurance. Express Mail starts at $37.50

Canada -- 1LP $7.25 + $2.25 for each additional disc + Ask for an Invoice BEFORE paying -- eBay checkout will overcharge you for First Class Mail.

Import duties, taxes, import charges, and any other Customs fees are not included in the item price nor in my shipping charges. These import / customs charges are the buyer's responsibility -- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional charges will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up -- do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I do not mark merchandise below value for Customs, nor do I mark items as "gifts" -- US and International government regulations prohibit this.

Express Mail includes Tracking service and can be Insured. AGAIN: If Insuring your package, the full value of your package will be declared for Customs and I will ship only to a Confirmed Paypal Address.

POST OFFICE BOXES - If you use a PO Box address, the USPS says that you must provide a telephone number!

Please do not bid or buy then ask me afterwards to change any of these policies -- ask first, please?!

PAYMENT: I must receive payment within 5 days. I WILL FILE A NON-PAYING BIDDER claim with eBay after 5 days. If you want to continue bidding on upcoming auctions, you must pay for items already won/bought in the previous 5 days: When you are finished bidding or buying, LET ME KNOW and I will send you an updated invoice and with the shipping discount for the additional items you've bought.

GUARANTEE & Refunds: All items are guaranteed to be as graded unless my ad says 'sold as is'. Compensation can be given as refund or credit, full or partial. All items must be returned in order to receive a full refund, and they must be in the same condition in which I sent them. Any Sealed item is guaranteed only for the cover unless you ask me to open it and check it BEFORE shipping. Please contact me first if you are returning an item. All Returns must be made within 7 days. Sealed LPs must be returned still sealed! Refund will be issued after I receive and inspect the returned item. Return postage is rarely refundable.
