- Sold With No Reserve -
As I continue on my trek towards old fartdom, I'll be listing a lot of my way cool books, LPs, CDs and music-related memorabilia on eBay in the coming months, so be sure to check back every once in a while, won't you?
This one was gifted to me by my music loving dad before he passed. Original 1968 private pressing out of New York (NATIONAL FEDERATION OF TEMPLE YOUTH - NFTY 1968 – STEREO). An all star lineup of NY jazz players including Ron Carter (b), Jonathan Klein (fh, bs), Phyllis Bryn-Julson (cv), Grady Tate (d), Jerome Richardson (f, as, ts), Herbie Hancock (p), Antonia Lavvne (sv), Thad Jones (t, flh), Rabbi David Davis (reader) playing originals by young composer Jonathan Klein. Incredibly rare private press in small numbers that’s quite difficult to find. The cover/jacket is in super nice condition as it’s been housed in a plastic sleeve for ages. The first side of the album is super nice w/ original shine. With great shine too, side two has a scratch that minimally affects play (sorry, but I don’t have one of those fancy record cleaning machines). Otherwise super nice too. If there’s no interest in this treasure, I’ll gladly return it to the shelves of my humble collection.
I’ve included LARGE images above for your grading needs.
I often include several shipping methods so upon check-out please choose the one that’s best for you. As with many of our Bay items, this lot is sold with no reserves! If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
