On auction is a rare release on HAYDN SOCIETY HSL-82 from 1953 in EXCELLENT condition of VIVALDI CONCERTO and SONATAS. Musicians include:
JEAN-PIERRE RAMPAL on Flute
PIERRE PIERLOT on Oboe
ROBERT GENDRE on Violin
PAUL HONGNE on Bassoon
ROBERT VEYRON-LACROIX on Harpsichord
Condition of Cover is EXCELLENT with no seam splits, no writting or promo cuts, no ring wear, firm corners and spine, and bright vibrant colors and text. There are some slight signs of age for being so old but in general the cover looks outstanding.
Condition of Vinyl is a STRONG EXCELLENT almost near mint...plenty of gloss and shine...very little paper scuff marks only found when viewed under a bright light. Labels are clean of writting and has little spindle marks. Play graded at a STRONG EXCELLENT with clear, bold and loud sounds...hardly any background...very low and mostly audible in quiter parts or in-between tracks.
SIDE ONE = Concerto for five instruments in D Major "La Pastorella" / Sonata for flute, bassoon and harpsichord in A Minor
SIDE TWO = Concerto for flute, oboe and bassoon in G Minor / Sonata for Oboe and Harpsichord in C Minor / Concerto for four instruments in F Minor
