HASSAN I SAHBA
Ultra rare Italian only 7" single in a stunning picture sleeve.
Charisma 6079 470.
Released in Italy in 1977 & taken from the superb Quark, Strangeness & Charm lp this 7" was the only time that this version of Hassan I Sahba has ever been released officially.
The 7" comes in it's original picture sleeve which is in excellent condition to the front & rear. No seam splits & very little wear indeed make it a very nice sleeve. The only two minor draw backs I can see is that someone has written in pen 13R on the INSIDE of the sleeve. This is NOT visible at all from either the front or the back of the sleeve. The only time you notice it is when you open the sleeve up to take the record out. Also on the front & rear there is a light impression of the disc. It is not worn at all but just a very light impression.
The vinyl is also in excellent condition. It still has a nice black sheen. When viewed under a strong light you can see a few very light marks but absolutely nothing bad at all. I do not have a player at the moment but I feel I can pass this on with great confidence. I have been collecting records for many years & I would say that this 7" will play very well indeed with no major flaws. It does look very nice.
The labels are clean. The Hassan side has the Italian stamp on it to the left side. No idea what this stamp is but it does appear on many Italian records either on the labels or sleeve.
All in all as I say the record is in excellent all round condition & I don't think the buyer will be disappointed.
