Description
Here is a very nice early pressing of one of the greatest sound records ever produced. A audiophile classic and long standing item on Harry Pearson's Super Disc List. Beautiful natural and dynamic sound jumps out of the speakers. Wide pinpoint soundstage with depth, beautifully captured natural hall reverberation from one of the best sounding concert hall in America, this record has it all. Some have commented online that these early pressings sound much better than the mucho expensive Analogue Productions reissue.
Two sides are NM, two sides are EX, all sides sound great and play NM. Beautiful gate fold laminated jacket has slight wear on the corners and bottom edge, no splits
This is a Indianapolis Pressing, stamper numbers are record one 1S-1S, record two 5S-6S. Has the original "MIRACLE SURFACE" antistatic vinyl sticker on the front cover, which also indicates a early 1959 release.Any questions?
