Where to begin describing this unbelievable set...
First off, it is, obviously, a box set called HAROLD AND MAUDE, SONGS BY CAT STEVENS - THE COMPLETE VINYL COLLECTION.  This is copy #6 of 10 manufactured.
How did I come to own this?  In 2007, I helped my friends at Vinyl Films Records with putting together this amazing soundtrack.  If you happen to own a copy already, there is a very good chance I stuffed, glued, wrapped or packaged something on it.  It was a huge undertaking.  When the process was complete, myself and a handful of VIPs were gifted with this gorgeous, mind-blowing box set.  It contains EVERY SINGLE VERSION of the soundtrack.  Every color, every 7", all the posters, ephemera, film strip, test pressing, picture disc and on and on.  
In a word - EVERYTHING!!
Unfortunately, I'm one of the few people that owns one of these that is neither rich nor famous and I have some serious debts I need to tend to, (especially post-holidays) so, I am letting this go. 
Also, except for the 2 iPhone photos of the box on my mantle, my friend the photographer took the rest of the shots,  which is why they look so professional.  Every photo here is of the actual box you are bidding on.

To be clear, every single record in this box is COMPLETE and contains all the inserts, 7"s and whatever it initially came with upon release.
I HAVE THOUSANDS OF RECORDS AND THIS IS THE CROWN JEWEL OF MY COLLECTION.  I HOPE IT FINDS A GOOD HOME.
I ALSO KNOW THERE ARE SOME FOLKS OUT THERE THAT ARE INTERESTED IN BREAKING THIS UP AND SELLING IT PIECEMEAL.  HONESTLY, THAT'S FINE.  IF YOU WIN IT, IT'S YOURS.  JUST KNOW THAT EACH OF THESE RECORDS ALONE REGULARLY SELLS FOR 400 BUCKS, PLUS THE PICTURE DISC, TEST PRESSING AND "BOOTLEG" VERSIONS WILL GO FOR MUCH MORE, SO DO THE MATH.  THERE'S A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF VALUE HERE.
I am going to ship it very, very carefully and will be sending the box itself in it's own package.  It's not made to withstand all the movement and I want it to ship in perfect condition. Ignore Ebay's goofy "shipping cost" thing.  Obviously shipping is not 4 dollars.  Shipping wil be 30 bucks domestic - cheap!.  It'll cost more than that (it's freaking heavy!), but that's fine.  International bidders, prepare for serious shipping costs.  And if you're not in the US, Canada or the UK, I wouldn't bother bidding. Mail theft is too out of control, especially for a high end item like this that will arrive in multiple boxes.
