IT IS CLEAN WITH MEDIUM WEAR AND HAS TAPE ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM SEAMS. I HAVE A LOW MINIMUM AND NO RESERVE. I WILL COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES.
