MINT = NEW
NEAR MINT = LIKE NEW (used)
EXCELLENT+ = 1 or 2 very minor flaws
EXCELLENT = A few very minor flaws
VG+++ = A few flaws (for example, audible light scratches) that aren't serious
VG++ = Medium wear (nothing major)
VG+ = Several flaws but still a collector's item (again, no major flaws)!
