HALLOWEEN 4 Original Soundtrack, OST John Carpenter VINYL LP, VS 5205.. EXTREMELY RARE!! This has a Handmade Puzzle Piece Hard Cover made of wood, that may very well be, "One of a Kind?" We have never seen another one like this, anywhere. The pieces fit together very well, and the front has been clear coated. The back of it has a nice black felt.. The record itself is in Very Good condition, very minor to no scratches seen on either side. There is a very small scuff on the corner of the wooden cover.
