This causes prices to skyrocket because once they are gone, they are gone forever! Don't second-guess yourself with this chance to upgrade your collection because before you know it, the opportunity will have passed forever.

UK live release recorded at the Rainbow Music Hall, Denver in 1979. The set is drawn primarily from the albums, 'Along the Red Ledge' (1978) & 'X-Static' (1979). Contains the hits 'Wait For Me', 'Sara Smile', 'Rich Girl' & 'She's Gone'

I really like this era of Hall and Oates music this disc really takes me back . I remember seeing H&O from this 79 tour in a small venue like it was yesterday . This is a good show and one of the highlights from this tour for me was GE Smith on guitar! Flawless leads and fillers by the ex-SNL Band Leader. The band is tight here and although there is cut at the beginning Of "Serious Music" (possibly due to master tape problems?) it doesn't ruin the show. They have plenty of highlights "Do What You Want, Be What You Are", "It's A Laugh","Wait For Me","Sara Smile" and "She's Gone" are excellent!
Bottom line is if you are a Hall and Oates fan you should own this one. If you are a borderline fan you still need to experience this cd and enjoy :)
